Bromsgrove MP, Sajid Javid, has announced the return of his Bromsgrove Pensioners’ Fair – which will take place on Friday, 14 July and will be the first since the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Fair will be returning on July 14 after a three-year absence and will be the fifth instalment of the event. It will take place at Parkside Hall and Library in Bromsgrove (B61 8DA) between 10:00 – 12:00.
The popular event has become a staple of Bromsgrove’s social calendar, attracting more than 500 retirees and their family members in previous years.
Attendees left with filled diaries, new hobbies and a better idea of the broad range of services, activities and events on offer right across the constituency.
This year, Sajid will be assembling the very best of Bromsgrove’s clubs, societies and charitable organisations to advertise their services.
Mr Javid’s Pensioners’ Fairs allow companies, organisations, and charities from across Bromsgrove and the wider area, to exhibit their services to retirees in the local area.
This year, Mr Javid is hoping to continue the success of previous years by bringing together the Bromsgrove community in support of its older residents.
The event will be free for both attendees and exhibitors, and as ever will be strictly non-political.
If you’re interested in becoming an exhibitor, sponsor, or would like more information, please do get in touch with Sajid via email on sajid.javid.mp@parliament.uk.
Sajid Javid MP commented: ‘I am very excited to have the Pensioners’ Fair returning this year for its fifth instalment.
In previous years, the Fair has provided a great source of information and entertainment to retirees from across Bromsgrove District. I look forward to this event being another success.”
Mr Javid and his team are currently looking for exhibitors and sponsors for the event.
