There are just 5 weeks until Sajid Javid’s MP Pensioner’s Fair on July 14 and the countdown is on, with the event rapidly taking shape.
The Fair, which is free to attend, is being held at Parkside Hall and Library in Bromsgrove (B61 8DA) between 10am and 12pm. Its purpose is to provide those who have entered retirement, or those who are close to retirement, with the opportunity to explore local services and social groups available in Bromsgrove District.
This year, there will be over 40 exhibitors in attendance, covering a range of sectors including financial and pensions advisors, sport and exercise clubs, health and social care providers, legal experts, business and social clubs and charities who are seeking volunteers. Notable attendees include Phoenix Group, Care Force, and Bromsgrove Golf Centre.
This years’ Fair promises to be fulfilling and engaging for all attendees, providing the opportunity for all those who visit the chance to leave with knowledge, resources, and inspiration for future activities and services to use.
Commenting, Sajid Javid MP said:
‘I am very excited to see that the countdown to my Pensioners’ Fair has hit the 5-week mark.
In previous years, this Fair has provided residents of Bromsgrove District with a fantastic opportunity to learn about what is going on in the area, and to engage with organisations and other individuals in the District. The feedback has always been overwhelmingly positive.
I look forward to seeing everyone there on the day. I would like to personally thank Phoenix Group, Care Force, and Bromsgrove Golf Centre for their generous sponsorship this year.’
